White-label
White-label work is built by one company and delivered under another company's brand, so the end client sees only the brand they hired. In agency work it lets an agency offer services it doesn't staff itself.
What it means
For an agency, white-label AI work solves a specific problem: clients ask for AI products the agency can't build, and saying no risks the account. A white-label partner builds it under the agency's name, and the agency keeps the client.
It works only if the terms protect the agency: a partner who never approaches the client, work that transfers on payment, and the right to stop at any milestone.
How we use it
Our method We build AI products and creative behind partner agencies' brands, in their tools, with non-solicitation in the contract. The full approach is in working with a white-label AI partner.
