Before you take one further
- Describe each asset in a sentence someone outside the business could check. What it's worth, not only that it exists.
- Test the advantage: if it survives without one of your assets, it isn't yours.
- Give the venture its own decisions and its own stop line. It borrows the assets, not the approval process.
