The terms for using this website. Work we do for you runs on a separate written proposal and contract, and those take precedence over anything here.
graylemon.io is run by Graylemon Ventures Private Limited, a company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ("Graylemon", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Nothing on this site is an offer to do work at a price. Every engagement is scoped first, and its fee, deliverables, ownership and payment terms are set out in a written proposal and contract. Where those documents and these terms differ, the signed documents apply.
Sending a form or booking a call doesn't commit you or us to anything, and we may decline any inquiry.
Use the site lawfully and for what it's for. Please don't:
Automated reading, by search engines and AI tools, is welcome within what our robots.txt allows.
Our frameworks, worked examples and articles show how we think. They're general information, not advice for your situation, and applying them doesn't guarantee a result.
We label our work so you can tell what it is: "Own venture" is a product we built and run ourselves, described at its real stage, and anything marked as an illustrative example isn't client work.
The text, frameworks, figures, design and code on this site belong to Graylemon, except where we credit someone else. You're welcome to link to any page, and to quote short passages with credit and a link. Anything more, such as republishing a framework or its figures, needs our written permission.
You can use our name and logo to refer to Graylemon, but not in a way that suggests we endorse you or your work.
You're responsible for what you submit, and for having the right to share it. We handle it as our privacy policy describes. What you share through the forms stays private: we never publish it or share it.
The site links to services we don't run here, including Cal.com and WhatsApp, and to our ventures' own sites. Their own terms apply there, and we aren't responsible for content on sites we don't control.
We provide the site as it is, and we may change, pause or remove any part of it. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
