The thesis

Real estate ops run on disconnected systems.

A mid-size property portfolio runs leasing, maintenance, vendor payments and compliance across four to six disconnected tools, reconciled by hand at month end. The wedge is not a better front-end on the existing stack — it is one operating record that the others currently fake with exports and spreadsheets.

The challenge

Trust a system with the money and the compliance.

ERP replacements fail on migration, not features — operators will not risk a broken rent roll to try a new system. The build had to prove correctness on real, messy historical data before anyone would consider a cutover.

A second challenge: "AI-native" is not a feature request from this buyer. Property operators want fewer reconciliation errors and faster vendor payment cycles; the AI has to disappear into that outcome rather than announce itself.

03Migration as a first-class featureA dedicated data-migration and reconciliation tool, because that is what actually gets a new operator to say yes.
